"If you're looking for a lifestyle change, you want to loose or you just want to improve your fitness then I highly recommend Tony. He's always at the end of the phone or text to help you or answer any questions you may have.

If you struggle with what food to eat or balancing your calories then Tony can even provide you with a 7 day meal plan. This has definitely worked for me, don't even have to think about what I'm having for dinner!

I'm starting to see the results, lost weight and inches and can see a change in body shape. The only thing I regret is not starting this journey sooner!"

"We would highly recommend Tony. He is a very motivational man, with a wicked sense of humour, which comes in handy when you are struggling to push through the last of the exercises!

The quality we love is that he listens to his clients. We say what we like (& dislike!) & he incorporates that into the workout. He wants you motivated & doing your best to help achieve results. Not to force you into doing something you don't want to do, putting you off exercise.

He is candid in his advice (no sugar coating) which is what people need to hear. The message is simple, exercise & eating sensibly. If you don't do, it won't work. Down to the client to apply.
